Ordering From Us:
  1. What payment methods do you accept?
  2. Method of payments accepted is:  Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.

  3. How do I use the shopping cart?
  4. The shopping cart is where you can store all of the items you are purchasing. If you want to add an item to the cart just click the add to cart button. In the shopping cart you can order the item immediately, remove it, adjust quantities, view stock,     cost, or save it for later and keep shopping.

  5. Purchasing an item and sending it as a gift?
  6. Please make sure that you put the recipient’s address in the “Shipping Address” section when you begin the checkout process.

  7. What if an item is out of stock?
  8. We apologize the item is currently out of stock. You can always check in daily for new inventory! Dazzainc has a vast variety of inventory to fit all of you and your loved ones needs.

Promotions and Discounts:
  1. How do I find out about special discounts or promos that you currently offer?
  2. We have discounts and promotions especially for you. Sign up for our email list and whenever we are offering special promotions or coupons, we will email you to let you know how you can take advantage of our offer. Simply sign up on the left panel “Join Now!”

Shipping & Delivery:
  1. When will my order ship?
  2. Shipping normally takes up to 2-3 working business days based on item availability. Please allow up to 24 hours processing time in addition to shipping time. All Next Day orders must be placed before 3pm EST.

  3. How much will it cost to ship my order?
  4. Shipping is on us! Valid on orders $99 and up. Valid on domestic ground shipping only. Shipping on orders less than $99 are calculated based on shipping zip code. After adding all items to cart, you will see the total shipping charges.

  5. Do you ship internationally?
  6. Yes, we ship to most of the countries worldwide. Please allow an additional 2-3 working business days for order processing on international orders.

  7. Who pays the added fees for international orders?
  8. Dazzainc customers are responsible for all tariffs, VAT charges, customs fees, brokerage fees, etc. relating to the order.

  9. Which carrier will you use to ship my order?
  10. We generally use UPS based on your location and best shipping service available. We offer convenient Next Day, 3 Day Select or Ground Shipping services. Extra charges apply on all Next Day and 3 Day Select shipping services.

Order Status:
  1. How do I check the status of my order?
  2. To view the status of a current order and your order history please sign in. You can still view your order status without signing in. If you do not have your Order Number, please refer to your confirmation email, in this email you shall receive a shipped order confirmation with a tracking number. Please contact customer support if you have any further questions.

  3. How do I cancel my order?
  4. You must send your cancellation request within 3 hours to cancel your order before it is processed. If your order is processed or already shipped prior to cancellation notice, please follow the return policy procedure. Please send order cancellation request to: dazzainc@gmail.com.

Exchanges & Refunds:
  1. Can I exchange or return my order?
  2. 100% Satisfaction is guaranteed on all orders. Any item which you are not satisfied with, may be returned within 14 days of purchase (excludes shipping charges). Please see details below. Returns Merchandise must be returned in "like new" condition. Excludes customized/personalized merchandise. 10% restocking fee on orders $99 and up. Customer will be held responsible for return shipping charges. Package all the item(s), including all tags that came with the merchandise. We recommend you ship your returned items with a certified carrier to ensure delivery.

    Send returns to: Dazzainc.com, PO Box 2011, West New York, NJ 07093. We will credit your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Returns take approximately 10 business days to process.

    Exchanging: We recommend you place a new order and return the original product. We will ship your new order accordingly, and will process your return within 10 business days.
